What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Delivery is carried out by worldwide courier (preferably by DHL or UPS).

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, I can ship internationally according to the international courier service available.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Usually, delivery by international courier service can take up to 14 calendar days, excluding the time for preparing the painting for shipment (it usually takes 5-7 business days)

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payments through the PayPal payment system. Other types of payments (credit card, bank account, etc.) can be arranged upon your request.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and it hasn’t left our premises then we will need to charge the fee that the Bank/PayPal charge us. If for any reason you wish to change your order and it hasn’t left our premises we may jointly negotiate the specific terms of such change.

After the ordered goods are transferred for delivery to the international courier service, refund of payments or any changes in the order, unfortunately, are no longer available.

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can make a purchase without setting up an account, but having an account will allow you to make and track your purchases better and more conveniently.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your purchases in your personal account on our website.
